Service
¡¡¡¡1. The lighting products, under
normal use, are provided with
10-year after-sale service from
the day they are installed and
checked to be qualified, while
the electric devices and light
sources are given with one-year
warranty.
¡¡¡¡2. Any formal written notice
from the buyer will be responded
within 2 hours. Professional technicians
will be sent to the construction
site for on-the-spot technical
guides within 24 hours.
¡¡¡¡3. The seller will offer free
repair, replacement and maintenance
services for its clients during
the warranty period; the seller
will repair or replace of the
equipment that fails to function
properly due to defective materials
or workmanship during the warranty
period, and all the cost resulted
from it should be paid by the
seller; the warranty period of
the replaced parts will be start
from the date of replacement.
¡¡¡¡4. The seller will repair or
replace of defective parts for
free even if they are out of warranty
period if the quality problem
is approved by an authoritative
department to belong to life problem
(their life are obviously shorter
than normal life).
¡¡¡¡5. Upon being required by the
buyers after the warranty period,
the seller will offer them necessary
parts at favorable prices by reference
to bidding prices and market prices
at the appointed time.

¡¡¡¡ Our lighting devices are
designed and manufactured according
to GB7000.1-1996 (General safety
requirements and tests for luminaires),
GB7000.5-1996 (Safety requirements
for road and street lighting),
GB7000.7-1997 (Safety requirements
for floodlights), GB7001-1986
(Classification of degrees of
protection provided by enclosures
for luminaires), and GB/T13037-1991
(Technical requirements for
fixed general purpose luminaries).
¡¡¡¡1. We guarantee reliable lighting
performances according to technical
manual to our users. We will
repair or replace defective
parts or products for free due
to poor materials or workmanship
during the warranty period.
The warranty period of ballast
and capacitor is 3 years and
that of trigger is 1 year.
¡¡¡¡2. Light sources and electric
devices will be replaced or
repaired according to warranty
term and conditions of their
original manufacturers.

¡¡¡¡ 1. High-voltage sodium lamp
should be controlled within
the applicable voltage range
(220V +6£¥, -8£¥), namely between
202V and 233V, according to
national standard of lighting
ballast. If the voltage is too
low, it will cause the problems
of hard-to-start and insufficient
lighting; if the voltage is
too high, it will bring the
problems of higher pressure
of lighting tube, higher power,
overheat and even periodic self-extinguishment
so as to greatly shorten the
life of light source and electric
device. Meanwhile, large voltage
fluctuation will make lamps
damaged too early.
¡¡¡¡ 2. Metal halide lamps feature
poorer adaptive capability to
voltage fluctuation, so they
cannot have long service life
if the voltage fluctuation cannot
be controlled within 220V+3%.
¡¡¡¡ 3. ¡°The life of light source¡±
refers to the average life of
the light source and its matched
ballast under the voltage fluctuation
as no larger than +2£¥and environmental
temperature as 25+5¡æ.
